Sparrow Projects was established in 2011 by a group of young, enthusiastic, and visionary entrepreneurs with a clear mission — Building Dreams. Building Trust. From its inception, the company has focused on delivering thoughtfully designed residential developments that combine quality construction, aesthetic excellence, and long-term value.
The firm commenced its operations in Trivandrum and quickly gained recognition among homebuyers through its commitment to transparency, engineering precision, and timely delivery.
The company first drew significant attention with the successful completion of its inaugural project, Sparrow Elysium Gardens, launched in 2012 in Trivandrum. This landmark development featured a collection of uniquely designed iconic villas along with a boutique apartment project, setting new standards in residential planning and architectural excellence.
Building on its strong foundation in Trivandrum, Sparrow Projects expanded its operations to Kottayam in 2022. The company is currently executing multiple residential developments in and around Kottayam town, further strengthening its footprint in Kerala's growing real estate market.

Mr. Jahad A Majeed
PartnerAfter earning his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, Mr. Jahad gained valuable industry experience working for two years with L&T's EEC Division. He later completed his post-graduation in Geotechnical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Suratkal, where he was awarded the Gold Medal for academic excellence. His strong technical foundation and visionary leadership drive the company's commitment to engineering integrity and quality.

Mr. Jithin Mathew Panicker
PartnerMr. Jithin graduated in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, and pursued his Master's degree in International Construction Management and Engineering at the prestigious University of Leeds, United Kingdom. He further enhanced his expertise by working as a Project Engineer with Kier Group Plc, UK, for three years, gaining valuable international exposure in construction management and execution standards.

Mr. Raveesh Satheesh
Managing Partner
Mr. Raveesh completed his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, and later earned a
PGDM from MK University. He began his career with Simplex Infrastructures in India before moving abroad to join Wade
Adams in the Middle East, where he gained significant experience in building and infrastructure projects across GCC
countries. He later completed his post-graduation in Construction Management from Anna University, further
strengthening his expertise in project planning and execution.
Prior to joining Sparrow Projects, he successfully ran his own contracting company in the UAE for two years, undertaking civil and finishing works
across multiple projects. He is also a dual professional degree holder with an LLB qualification.
